In 2013, the advent of the “New Year for Real Estate” is not groundless. A direct impact of the outbreak of the European debt crisis is that the inflow of foreign capital into China has substantially decreased by more than half, but it still does not hinder the steady growth of financial resources such as domestic loans, self-financing and personal mortgage funds. The sluggish economy in Europe has led to the influx of a large amount of hot money into the relatively stable economic environment in the Chinese market to find investment channels.
