我们应用上海自动化仪表三厂生产的WDL-31型光电温度计及与其配套的XWZK快速显示记录仪表,在辉光离子氮化测温方面进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,该仪器能简单、方便、迅速和准确地测出离子氮化工件的温度,并不受工件温度、炉内气氛、炉压、工件材料、表面光洁度等干扰。同时在各方面又与日本制造的IR-QH100型红外比色温度计作了比较,其效果相同。因此,我们认为这种非接触式测温法可以在离子氮化方面予以推广应用。试验分两个阶段进行,第一阶段是准确
We use the WDL-31 photoelectric thermometer produced by the Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Third Factory and its supporting XWZK rapid display recorder, glow ion nitriding temperature measurement conducted a pilot study. The test results show that the instrument can measure the temperature of the ion nitriding workpiece easily, conveniently, quickly and accurately without being affected by the temperature of the workpiece, the atmosphere in the furnace, the pressure of the furnace, the material of the workpiece, the surface finish and so on. At the same time in all aspects with the Japanese-made IR-QH100-type infrared colorimetric thermometer made a comparison, the effect is the same.
