目的探讨高压氧(Hyperbaric Oxygen,HBO)综合治疗对小儿病毒性脑炎的影响。方法对治疗组45例小儿病毒性脑炎患儿在进行常规治疗的同时进行HBO治疗,观察疗效,并与53例仅用常规治疗的对照组进行比较。结果治疗组较对照组治愈率高,分别为84.44%和66.26%,总有效率分别为93.3%,77.36%,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义。结论 HBO可明显提高小儿病毒性脑炎的治愈率,为治疗小儿病毒性脑炎提供了新的有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) on viral encephalitis in children. Methods 45 cases of children with viral encephalitis in the treatment group were treated with HBO while routine treatment. The curative effect was observed and compared with that of 53 cases treated with routine treatment only. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 84.44% and 66.26% respectively, the total effective rate was 93.3% and 77.36% respectively, P <0.05, the difference was significant. Conclusion HBO can significantly improve the cure rate of pediatric viral encephalitis and provide a new and effective treatment for pediatric viral encephalitis.
