在现有研究文献的基础上,结合广播电视大学开展远程开放教育的实践及自身的特质,分析了在现代远程开放教育中实施素质教育的影响因素并加以归类,提出了远程教育中素质教育SCRIT模式,指出应该通过建立规章制度保障素质教育的实施,建设校园文化营造素质教育的氛围,创新教学模式促进素质教育的达成,依托信息技术构建素质教育的环境,提升教师能力奠定素质教育的基础。基于此,对通过该SCRIT模式实施素质教育的效果进行了实证检验,表明了该模式对现代远程开放教育中实施素质教育具有较好现实价值和可推广性。
Based on the existing research literature and the practice of RTVU RTVU and its own characteristics, this paper analyzes and classifies the influencing factors of implementing quality education in modern distance and open education, and puts forward the quality education in distance education SCRIT model, pointing out that it is necessary to set up rules and regulations to ensure the implementation of quality education, build campus culture and create an atmosphere of quality education, innovate teaching mode and promote the realization of quality education, build quality education environment based on information technology, improve teachers’ ability and lay the foundation of quality education . Based on this, an empirical test is conducted on the effect of implementing quality education through the SCRIT model, which shows that the model has good realistic value and feasibility for implementing quality education in modern distance education.
