本文通过对元—悦输油管线保溫后的经济效益分析,指出在小口径输油管线上采用价格昂贵的硬聚氨酯泡沫塑料高效保温材料保溫,亦可获得较高经济效益,并论证了总传热系数K值的选取及突破部标《油田油气集输设计规范SYJ4—84》的可能性。
In this paper, the economic benefits analysis of Yuanyue-Yue oil pipeline after insulation shows that it is also possible to obtain high economic benefits by using expensive rigid polyurethane foam insulation materials on small-diameter oil pipelines and to demonstrate that the total heat transfer coefficient K value of the selection and the breakthrough superscript “oil and gas gathering design specification SYJ4-84” possibilities.
