尽管世界经济呈现明显复苏迹象,但主要国家贸易大幅回升的局面尚未显现。这说明,尽管发达经济体经济有所恢复,但受制于政策性引领复苏的局限、金融市场信心修复尚需时日、失业率居高不下对需求恢复形成的障碍、不断加重的政府巨额财政预算赤字给再融资带来的困难以及新一轮经济复苏中的通胀压力和产业结构调整的难度,全球经济即使复苏,未来增长速度也将是缓慢的,同时不排除中间有所反复。
