沙门氏菌生殖道感染罕见,文献报告男、女各12例,男性病人发病年龄广泛(平均38岁),女性较窄,于20～30岁间(平均26岁)。睾丸及卵巢脓肿为最常见感染。其他位置感染为副睾炎,前列腺炎,感染性阴囊水囊肿,输卵管炎及感染性流产。原有解剖异常(阴囊水囊肿,创伤,皮样囊肿,卵巢囊腺瘤,及子宫内膜异位症)见于8例病人。3例为免疫抑制者,其中2例肾移植后发生睾丸脓肿,及1例糖尿病男性病人有再发性副睾炎及菌血症。3例妊娠妇女发生沙门氏菌感染,2例为感染性皮样囊肿,1例感染性流产。表现的症状男性病人与受累器官有关,包括睾丸痛,尿道症状,血尿及会阴部痛。女性病人则有腹痛,恶
Salmonella genital tract infections rare, the literature reported in 12 cases of male and female, male patients with a wide range of age (average 38 years old), female narrower, in 20 to 30 years of age (average 26 years). Testicular and ovarian abscess is the most common infection. Other locations were infected with epididymitis, prostatitis, infectious hydrocele, salpingitis and infectious abortion. The original anatomical abnormalities (scrotal water cyst, trauma, dermoid cysts, ovarian cystadenoma, and endometriosis) were seen in 8 patients. 3 cases were immunosuppressed, 2 cases of testicular abscess occurred after renal transplantation, and 1 case of male patients with diabetes have recurrent pariditis and bacteremia. Three cases of Salmonella infection in pregnant women, two cases of infectious dermoid cysts, one case of infectious abortion.
