随着社会经济的快速发展,建筑工程造价情况得到了较大的发展,工程概预算的情况会在很大程度上影响工程造价的水平。我国已经进入到了全新的经济发展阶段,这就需要不断加强概预算的水平和力度,分析影响工程造价的相关因素,从而采取针对性的措施来提升概预算编制的准确性,进一步提升工程造价的准确性。本文主要介绍建筑工程概预算编制影响工程造价的相关因素,希望对相关人士有所帮助。
With the rapid development of economy and society, the cost of construction projects has been greatly improved, and the project budget will greatly affect the project cost. China has entered a new stage of economic development, which requires continuous strengthening of the level and intensity of the budget, analysis of the factors that affect the cost of the project, so as to take targeted measures to improve the accuracy of the budget estimate and further enhance the project cost accuracy.
