建立超临界流体萃取技术 (Supercriticalfluidextraction ,SFE)提取川芎根茎挥发油的方法 ,并采用气相色谱 -质谱法 (GC MS) ,对所得挥发油进行化学成分分离和鉴定。通过标准图谱对照确定化合物名称 ,鉴定了 44种成分。同时采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取川芎根茎挥发油 ,比较得油率 ,考察超临界流体萃取技术的萃取效率 ;SFE和水蒸汽蒸馏法的得油率分别为4 16 %和 0 8%。结果表明SFE比水蒸汽蒸馏法萃取效率高 ,操作简单 ,省时快速 ,对热不稳定性物质尤为适用 ,是提取、研究中药化学成分的有效方法
A supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) method was developed for the extraction of volatile oil from rhizome of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC MS) was used to separate and identify the chemical constituents of the volatile oil. The compound name was determined by standard map control and 44 components were identified. Simultaneously, steam distillation was used to extract volatile oil of Rhizome of Ligusticum chuanxiong, and the oil yield was compared. The extraction efficiency of supercritical fluid extraction was investigated. The oil yields of SFE and steam distillation were 416 and 08%, respectively. The results show that SFE has higher extraction efficiency than steam distillation and is simple to operate, saves time, and is particularly suitable for thermally unstable substances. It is an effective method for extracting and studying chemical constituents of Chinese herbs.
