运城市中城供销社,有职工300人,一个购物中心,六个经管部,担负城乡11万人口的生产、生活资料供应和农副产品收购任务。近年来,他们从完善企业内部利益激励机制入手,全面推行“门店承包,优化组合,全员抵押,联利联销计酬”等措施,开拓进取,大胆创新,在企业内部分配制度改革上迈出了一大步,企业经济效益和社会效益稳步上升。1989年到1991年,在市场持续疲软,大部分企业经营困难的情况下,该社仍然充满活力,勃勃生机,连续三年被评为“省级先进企业”、“山西省改革先进单位”,并荣获商业部“全国商业企业管理优秀奖”、“商业部财会工作先进集体”,书记兼主任焦毓华同志被评为“全国商业劳动模范”、“运城地区优秀企业家”、“运城地区特等劳动模范”,并荣立一等功。
Yuncheng Zhongcheng Supply and Marketing Cooperative has 300 employees, a shopping center, and six economic management departments. It was rated as “provincial advanced enterprise” and “advanced unit for reform in Shanxi Province” for three consecutive years. He was awarded the “National Business Enterprise Management Excellence Award” and “Advanced Collective Finance and Accounting Department of the Ministry of Commerce”. Comrade Jiao Yanhua, the secretary and director of the Ministry of Commerce, was honored as “National Model Worker for Commercial Work”, “Outstanding Entrepreneur in Yuncheng Area” and “Primary Labor in Yuncheng Area”. “Model” and rank first class.
