通过热模拟压缩变形试验,研究了C-Si-Mn-Al钢过冷奥氏体动态铁素体相变及其特征。结果表明,通过过冷奥氏体动态铁素体相变,可以获得晶粒尺寸为2~3μm的细小铁素体,且添加的Al明显促进了过冷奥氏体动态相变。与等温相变时合金元素能发生扩散不同,动态相变时,除了间隙元素能发生扩散外,代位元素很难发生扩散。代位元素在铁素体中的固溶,导致了铁素体晶格的畸变,进而引起了衍射峰向小角度方向漂移。
The dynamic ferrite transformation and its characteristics of undercooled austenite in C-Si-Mn-Al steel were studied by thermal simulation of compressive deformation. The results show that fine ferrite with grain size of 2 ~ 3μm can be obtained by dynamic ferrite transformation of undercooled austenite, and the addition of Al significantly promotes the dynamic transformation of undercooled austenite. Differing from the isothermal transformation of alloying elements, the substitution of interstitial elements can hardly occur during dynamic phase transition. Substituted elements in the ferrite solid solution, leading to the ferrite lattice distortion, which led to the diffraction peak shift to a small angle.
