通过考察不同热处理温度、时间下低熔点聚酯皮芯复合短纤维干热收缩及结构形貌的变化情况,摸索出此类纤维特征指标的表征方法。结果表明:低熔点聚酯皮芯复合短纤维的单纤维干热收缩率在一定的热处理时间下,随着热处理温度的升高而增大;在一定的热处理温度下,随热处理时间的延长略有增加。随着热处理温度的提高,纤维的纵向、横截面及纤维间的形貌会发生不同的变化,以此可作为评价纤维皮芯熔融或黏性流动的依据。
Through investigating the change of dry heat shrinkage and structure morphology of low-melting polyester sheath-core composite short fiber under different heat treatment temperature and time, the characterization method of such fiber characteristic index was explored. The results show that the dry heat shrinkage of single fiber of low melting point polyester sheath core composite short fiber increases with the increase of heat treatment temperature under a certain heat treatment time. With the increase of heat treatment time There is increase. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the longitudinal, cross-sectional and fiber morphology of the fibers change differently, which can be used as the basis to evaluate the melting or viscous flow of fiber core.
