应用体外培养细胞法和单细胞阳离子测定系统研究了稀土La ̄(3+)与巨噬细胞的作用。实验结果表明,在培养介质中LaCl_3的浓度高子2mmol·dm ̄(-3)时,有明显的细胞毒性。配合物La(Ala)_3Cl_3的细胞毒性小于LaCl_3。La ̄(3+)对细胞膜上的Ca ̄(2+)通道存在抑制作用,使细胞内游离Ca ̄(2+)浓度发生变化。La ̄(3+)对细胞膜Ca ̄(2+)-ATP酶有激活作用。
The effects of rare earth La ~ (3+) and macrophages were investigated by in vitro cell culture and single cell cation assay. The experimental results show that there is obvious cytotoxicity when the concentration of LaCl_3 in culture medium is 2 mmol · dm ~ (-3) high. The cytotoxicity of La (Ala) _3Cl_3 is less than that of LaCl_3. La ~ (3+) inhibits the Ca 2+ channel on the cell membrane and changes the intracellular free Ca ~ (2+) concentration. La ~ (3+) has an activating effect on Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase.
