对洛巴伊口蘑(Tricholoma lobyense Heim)生物学特性做了初步的研究。结果表明,适于洛巴伊口蘑菌丝生长的最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为酵母膏;最佳pH 6.5,最佳温度为30℃;在黑暗状态下更适于生长。最佳自然基质为棉籽壳,最适宜的料水比为1:1.40。
The biological characteristics of Tricholoma lobyense Heim were preliminary studied. The results showed that the optimum carbon source for the growth of Lobai I mushroom was sucrose, the best nitrogen source was yeast extract, the best pH was 6.5, the optimal temperature was 30 ℃, and the growth was more suitable under dark conditions. The best natural maize is cotton seed hull, the most suitable material to water ratio is 1: 1.40.
