目的:对眼挫伤的眼底血流动力学的观察。方法:应用彩色多普勒检测62只正常眼和70只眼挫伤患者的视网膜中央动脉(CRA) 的血流参数。测定收缩期流速(PSV), 舒张末期流速(EDV)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)。结果: 眼挫伤组CRA的PSV、RI均低于正常组(P< 0.01), EDV、PI两组未见明显差异。结论: 眼挫伤组视网膜血供降低是引起视功能障碍的原因之一, 给临床对眼挫伤诊治和预后提供重要的依据。
Objective: To observe the ocular hemodynamics of contusion. Methods: Color Doppler was used to measure the blood flow parameters of the central retinal artery (CRA) in 62 normal eyes and 70 eyes contusions. The PSV, EDV, PI and RI were measured. Results: The PSV and RI of CRA in contusion group were lower than those in normal group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between EDV and PI groups. Conclusion: The decreased retinal blood supply in the contusion group is one of the causes of visual dysfunction, which provides an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of eye contusion.
