结合苏州电网新河变电站进行变电程序化操作的实例,分析了变电程序化现场实施的技术基础、设计思路和系统构成,介绍了相应的实施方案和安全保障措施。
Combined with the example of substation sequencing operation in Xinhe Substation of Suzhou Power Grid, the technical foundation, design ideas and system constitution of substation sequencing site were analyzed, and the corresponding implementation plan and safety safeguard measures were introduced.
