近日,由广州大学化学化工学院承担的广东省重大科技项目——特种水溶性高分子聚合物及无溶剂型新一代节能减排农药的产业化,通过了广东省科技厅组织的专家验收。据了解,由该项目设计合成的两亲高分子乳化剂复配而成的乳化体系能以水为溶剂,可代替现有农药制剂中使用的高毒溶剂,促进农药行业节能减排。如按照5%本项目产品的使用量来计算,能减少甲苯、二甲苯等有毒溶剂排放3000吨;如按照每亩耕地施药量0.1千克计算,能减少污染耕地0.5亿亩次。使用该项目产品后,农药成本可下降20%左右。
Recently, the major project of science and technology in Guangdong Province undertaken by the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Guangzhou University - the industrialization of special water-soluble polymers and solvent-free new-generation energy-saving and emission-reducing pesticides passed the acceptance of experts organized by Guangdong Science and Technology Department. It is understood that by the project designed and synthesized amphiphilic polymer emulsifier compound emulsification system can use water as solvent, can replace the existing pesticide formulations used in highly toxic solvents, promote pesticide industry energy-saving emission reduction. Calculated according to 5% of the product used in this project, the emission of toxic solvents such as toluene and xylene can be reduced by 3,000 tons. If 0.1 kg of pesticide per acre is calculated, it can reduce the pollution of 0.5 million mu of cultivated land. After using this product, the cost of pesticide can drop about 20%.
