一直以来,教师的发展问题都是教育研究者关注的重点,本文选取北京西城区六所优质中学,与南京金陵中学相比较。以CNKI检索发现,在2006—2015十年间,北京市西城区6所中学物理教师发表教学研究论文78篇,南京金陵中学物理教师发表教学研究论文137篇。基于此,可以对北京西城区教师专业发展的水平有一大致了解,并据此指明教师专业发展的努力方向,以期对北京西城区的教师培养提供指导。
All along, the development of teachers are the focus of education researchers, this paper selected six high-quality schools in Beijing Xicheng District, compared with Nanjing Jinling High School. The CNKI search found that in the ten-year period 2006-2015, six middle school physics teachers in Xicheng District of Beijing published 78 teaching research papers, and Nanjing Jinling High School physics teachers published 137 teaching research papers. Based on this, we can have a general understanding of the level of professional development of teachers in Xicheng District, Beijing, and indicate the direction of teachers’ professional development accordingly so as to provide guidance for the training of teachers in Xicheng District, Beijing.
