INTRODUCTION In order to field-identify and present to existing and potential users of terrestrial navigation equipment to potential users, Singer-Kirchhoff delivered a prototype of the ANS 2000 terrestrial navigation system to IAA’s Inertial Systems Development Department. From March 17 to March 28, 1980, it was tested and shown by the United States Army Missile Command. 1.
