目的测定德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法药膜法。结果长春市德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威、毒死蜱KT_(50)值2011年分别为20.616 9、27.234 3、15.761 8、18.630 0、45.729 3 min,2014年分别为22.331 5、26.437 8、20.197 0、22.178 6、47.500 4min。结论德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威、毒死蜱有低度抗性产生。
Objective To determine the resistance of Blattella germanica to common insecticides and provide a scientific basis for rational use of insecticides. Method of membrane method. Results KT_ (50) values of deltamethrin, dichlorvos, beta-cypermethrin, propoxur and chlorpyrifos of German cockroach in Changchun were respectively 20.616 9,27.234 3,15.761 8,18.630 0,45.729 3 min in 2011 and 22.331 5,26.437 8,20.197 0,22.178 6,47,500 4min. Conclusion Blattella germanica has low resistance to deltamethrin, dichlorvos, beta-cypermethrin, propoxur and chlorpyrifos.
