论述了印度从进口替代、进口替代与出口促进并存到出口导向对外贸易政策的演变过程、分析了其效果及成因,着重突出了印度90年代以来的自由化进出口政策动态及2002—07中期出口战略,并揭示了印度外贸易政策存在国际贸易地位认识模糊、贸易壁垒严重的缺陷。
The evolution of India’s import-export, import substitution and export promotion coexist to export-oriented foreign trade policy is discussed. Its effects and causes are analyzed. The policy of India’s liberalization and import and export policy since the 1990’s and the export in the middle of 2002-07 Strategy and reveals the flaws in understanding the status of international trade in India’s foreign trade policy and the serious trade barriers.
