文章介绍了当前医疗卫生体制改革的现状与要求,并提出医药卫生体制改革所面临的五项难点。为确保改革深入发展,不仅需要各级各部门通力合作,更需要公立医院积极配合。公立医院应从开展医院管理服务创新、主动推动体制机制改革、加强药物使用内部监控、加强医院内部运营管理和加强卫技人才队伍建设五方面着力,切实履行公立医院履行应有职责,确保改革取得全面成功。
This article introduces the current situation and requirements of medical and health system reform and puts forward five difficulties that medical and health system reform faces. In order to ensure the deepening of the reform, it is necessary not only to work together at all levels and departments but also to actively cooperate with public hospitals. Public hospitals should focus on five aspects: carrying out innovations in hospital management services, proactively promoting the reform of institutional mechanisms, strengthening the internal control of drug use, strengthening the internal operation and management of hospitals and strengthening the contingent of health professionals. The public hospitals should fulfill their due responsibilities and ensure a comprehensive success.
