中药雷公藤对各种肾脏疾病等自身免疫性疾病的治疗具有肯定疗效,但其对人体多系统的不良反应限制了其临床的广泛应用。文章对近十年来中药配伍减轻雷公藤毒性的实验研究进行归类分析与综述,并对中药配伍减毒机制的深入研究进行了展望,为提高雷公藤临床应用的安全性提供参考。
Chinese medicine Tripterygium for a variety of kidney disease and other autoimmune diseases have a positive effect of treatment, but its adverse effects on human multi-system limits its wide range of clinical applications. The article classifies and summarizes the experimental studies on the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine to reduce the toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii in the recent ten years, and makes a prospect of the in-depth study of the attenuated mechanism of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine, which can provide reference for improving the safety of Tripterygium wilfordii.
