一 时代推出了一个大选题 《曾国藩全集》这套书,从选题上来说,并不是什么创造性的新点子。早在一百二十年前,曾氏去世不久,湖南传忠书局就开始刻印一套名曰“曾文正公全集”的书。虽曰“全集”,其实不全。解放初期土改时,就在曾氏故居富厚堂发现了大批珍贵的档案材料,后来这批材料被运到湖南省图书馆收藏。倘若没有改革开放,它至今仍将堆放在省图书馆那间旧屋子里,让灰尘掩盖着。
