作为记者,写批评报道是应有的责任。因为写报道反映一些问题而遭打击报复者,在过去屡见不鲜,但发生在加强舆论监督,大力发扬社会主义民主与法制的今天,因写报道而坐牢的,也许是天下奇闻了。其实不然,据人民日报载,山西陵川报的记者秦忠义就因为写了内部报道,反映了当地某位领导人的问题,遭打击报复含冤坐牢101天。又据中国青年报载,四川省汶川县广播电视局编辑龙跃,1987年6月因在四川日报上报道了汶川县银杏乡供销社原负责人张世芳倒卖化肥的事实,竟于1988年4月被汶川县法
