5月26日,北京世界银行建议重视中国国家所有制存在的代理问题。5月26日,世界银行与国务院发展研究中心、国家会计学院在北京共同主办的“入世后中国的公司治理改革”国际研讨会发布了世界银行集团一份题为《中国的公司治理与企业改革一一建立现代市场制度》的研究报告。这项研究表明,经过部分改革的国家所有制存在的弱点,使公司治理这一全球性的复杂问题更加棘手。 有鉴于中国的国有制改革是一个循序渐进的过程,报告建议采取以下三方面措施:
On May 26, the Beijing World Bank proposed to attach importance to the issue of agency in China's state ownership. On May 26, at the International Symposium on Corporate Governance Reform in China after WTO Accession, co-sponsored by the Development Research Center of the State Council and the State Accounting Institute in Beijing, the World Bank Group released a report titled “Corporate Governance and Enterprise Reform in China One by one to establish a modern market system ”research report. The study shows that the weaknesses in the partially reformed state ownership make the governance of a global complex issue even more trickier. Given that China's state-owned system reform is a gradual process, the report recommends the following three measures:
