对我院肠道门诊1996年8月~10月期间103例具有痢疾症候群的急性腹泻患者进行大便培养,从中分离出33株痢疾杆菌,经生化、血清学鉴定,并测定药敏、及β-内酰胺酶分析。菌型分布3个群,其中福氏、志贺氏菌占优势27/33,宋内氏、史密斯志贺氏菌各3株。药敏结果显示全部菌株对氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖甙类和第二、三代头孢菌素药物具有很好的敏感率,无交叉耐药株。对氨苄西林的耐药率高达97%。产青霉素酶和头孢菌素酶共有6株,占18.18%。
From August to October 1996, 103 cases of diarrhea patients with diarrhea syndrome were stool cultured from 33 patients with Shigella dysenteriae from 1996 to October in our hospital, biospecific and serological tests were performed to determine the drug susceptibility and β- Lactamase analysis. Three strains were distributed, including Freudian and Shigella dominant 27/33, Songne’s and Shigella spp. Susceptibility results showed that all the strains had good sensitivity to fluoroquinolones, aminoglycosides and the second and third generation cephalosporin drugs, no cross-resistant strains. Ampicillin resistance rates as high as 97%. Produced penicillinase and cephalosporinase a total of 6 strains, accounting for 18.18%.
