我厂以前生产一字形钎头,一直沿用锻打成型和机加工的老工艺,成本高,占用设备多。在毛主席关于“独立自主,自力更生”的伟大方针指引下,我厂职工为了充分挖掘生产潜力,经过反复试验,成功地掌握了钎头体一次铸成的熔模精密铸造新工艺。精铸的钎头体不需要加工,可直接镶焊硬质合金片。精铸钎头经生产使用后表明,质量符合要求。新工艺的优点是:旧钎杆和旧钎头体可回炉熔炼,钢材和焦炭消耗显著降低,每个钎头成本由原8.4元降到6.8元,按现在每月消耗
