本文着重分析互联网服务商在保守国家秘密中的义务以及法律责任。通过对互联网服务商所提供的不同服务进行分类研究,最后本文作者认为,因为互联网服务商所提供的服务不同,在保守国家秘密中的义务和法律责任也应该不同,过于笼统的法条并不能有效的防止通过互联网泄密事件的发生。
