Xiangshui County is an old revolutionary base area and the place where Zhang Aiping and other revolutionaries of the older generation once fought and lived. In the war years, more than 4,000 young and middle-aged men in the county enthusiastically joined the army. More than 700 outstanding children and girls were heroically devoted.
