教师例会,是学校的常规管理工作之一,大都是安排每周的教育教学工作,传达教育主管部门的文件精神与会议精神,有时还会结合学校的实际问题进行相关说明。由于例会的形式单一,内容重复乏味,教师大都以旁观者的身份自居,缺乏参会的积极性和主动性。在与老师的交流中,许多老师反映:每次会议都是你们说,我们听,内容无非就是那样,有些领导的话我们都能背下来了,这样的会议有时就是浪费时间,还不如给学生讲几个题更
