报告5例颅内多发性脑膜瘤,并分为三组。第一组2例,仅有多发性脑膜瘤;第二组1例多发性脑膜瘤伴有双侧听神经瘤及多发性周围神经纤维瘤;最后一组2例,是在脑膜瘤复发二、三次手术发现有多发性脑膜瘤。对多发性脑膜瘤的诊断及手术治疗进行讨论。
Five cases of intracranial multiple meningioma were reported and divided into three groups. The first group of 2 patients, only multiple meningioma; the second group of 1 case of multiple meningioma with bilateral acoustic neuroma and multiple peripheral neurofibroma; the last group of 2 patients, recurrence in meningioma two or three times Surgical discovery of multiple meningiomas. The diagnosis of multiple meningiomas and surgical treatment are discussed.
