目的:观察自拟补髓益智汤配合尼莫地平与吡拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:治疗组40例采用补髓益智汤配合尼莫地平与吡拉西坦治疗,对照组36例采用尼莫地平与吡拉西坦治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组比较,有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补髓益智汤配合尼莫地平与吡拉西坦确实能显著改善血管性痴呆患者的临床症状,延缓其病程进展。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Buxue Yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine and piracetam in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods: Forty patients in the treatment group were treated with Bu Yi Yi Zhi Tang with nimodipine and piracetam, and 36 in the control group were treated with nimodipine and piracetam. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bu marrow Yizhitang with nimodipine and piracetam can indeed significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with vascular dementia, delay the course of its progress.
