SHL6—13一AⅡ联合设计锅炉汽水分离装置的设计考虑到以后有增加过热器的可能采用了水下孔板作为一次分离元件,二次分离元件采用立式波形板分离器和匀汽孔板,为了验证《工业锅炉锅内装置设计导则》的某些条款的正确性,因此在设计中参数的选取尽量满足导则的要求。实验结果,蒸汽湿度达到惊人的程度,后在原结构基础上进行改进,一次分离元件采用水下孔板和挡板,二次分离元件采用顶部匀汽孔板。实验结果表明蒸汽湿度完全达到标准规定,分离效果显著地提高。
