大麦在新疆具有悠久栽培历史,种质资源丰富,抗逆性强,适应性广,具有生育期短,丰产性好,增产潜力大,综合利用率高,经济效益好的特点。 随着我国人民生活水平不断提高,近年来,啤酒工业产量每年以33％的速率递增,需要大量的优质啤酒大麦原料。 据1985年分析的全国15个省份和16家大啤酒厂提供的43份材料(其中新疆7份)的12项指标,以新疆的啤酒大麦质量最优。
Barley has a long history of cultivation in Xinjiang, with rich germplasm resources, strong resistance and wide adaptability. It has the characteristics of short growth period, good yield, high yield potential, high comprehensive utilization rate and good economic returns. With the continuous improvement of living standards of our people, in recent years, the industrial output of beer has been increasing at a rate of 33% per year, which requires a large amount of raw material of barley for high-quality beer. According to the 12 indicators of 43 materials provided by 15 provinces and 16 large breweries in 1985 (including 7 in Xinjiang), the quality of beer barley in Xinjiang is the best.
