宁波是民营企业国际化经营发展起步较早的地区之一。改革开放以来,宁波民营企业充分利用国家一系列鼓励企业“走出去”的优惠政策,加强对外直接投资,不断开拓国际市场,“走出去”步伐更趋稳健、经验更加丰富,已经成为我国乃至世界经济发展中的一道靓丽的风景线。“一带一路”建设综合试验区获批,是宁波从更高水平上重塑开放型经济新优势、全面提升宁波国际开放能力和双向开放水平的重要载体,也是宁波优势民营企业加快“走出去”步伐、探索“一带一路”建设新模式新路径的重大机遇。在此背景下,进一步优化宁波民营企业“走出去”服务机制,具有重大的战略意义和现实需求。

It is also an opportunity for Ningbo’s dominant private- Going Global “and explore major opportunities in the new path of building a new model of” Belt and Road “. Under this background, it is of great strategic and practical significance to further optimize the service mechanism of ”Going Out" for private-owned enterprises in Ningbo.
