近年来,随着设计市场的开放、外地设计机构的涌入,设计投标日趋复杂化和白热化,我省各地很多建设项目方案由省外境外设计公司承担,这使我们失去了很多创新机会。不可否认:外地公司设计理念新,技术先进,设计大胆,给我们带来了很多耳目一新的作品,同时也使我们失去了一定的市场分额,加大了竞争压力。为了生存,我们不得不走“合作共赢”之路。然而,“合作”使我们长期陷入紧张繁重的施工图设计当中,“自主创新”的时机越来越少。长此以往,将逐步失去自主创新
In recent years, with the opening up of the design market, the influx of foreign design agencies and the increasingly complicated design and bidding of design projects, many construction projects across the province have been undertaken by foreign design companies outside the province, leaving us with lots of opportunities for innovation.
