目的探讨中西医结合非手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的适应证和治疗方法。方法分析中西医结合非手术方法治疗34例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者的临床资料。结果除1例死亡、1例转手术治疗外,非手术治疗效果良好,平均住院为10.2d,随访32例中,有2例因溃疡出血而行胃大部切除术。结论胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔中西医结合保守治疗效果较好,但应严格掌握其适应证。
Objective To explore the indications and treatment of non-surgical treatment of perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and nonsurgical methods were analyzed. Results In addition to 1 case of death and 1 case of transurethral resection, the results of non-surgical treatment were good. The average hospitalization was 10.2 days. Of the 32 cases followed up, 2 cases underwent partial gastrectomy due to ulcer bleeding. Conclusion Gastro-duodenal ulcer perforation with conservative treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better, but should be strictly controlled indications.
