因提供不真实统计资料,某企业在统计执法检查中被查处,经审查立案后,统计部门向其发出行政处罚决定书。企业不服,向该统计部门的上一级行政机关提起行政复议。在复议期间,企业又向人民法院提起了行政诉讼,法院经审查后,裁定不予受理。法院的做法正确吗?
Due to the provision of untrue statistics, an enterprise was investigated and prosecuted in the law enforcement inspection.
