自改革开放以来,我国企业快速的发展起来,它们在促进经济增长,活跃城乡市场,扩大社会就业,促进技术创新等方面发挥着大型企业所不能替代的作用。企业的地位更加突出,促进企业的健康发展显的更加重要,然而从目前的情况看,我国企业的发展面临着很多问题,其中财务管理中的问题尤其突出。本文围绕着促进企业发展这一主题,讨论了企业财务管理中存在的问题,并就引起这些问题的原因进行了分析,最后针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
Since the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises have developed rapidly. They play an irreplaceable role for large enterprises in promoting economic growth, boosting urban and rural markets, expanding social employment, and promoting technological innovation. However, from the current situation, the development of Chinese enterprises is facing many problems, among which the problems in financial management are particularly prominent. This paper focuses on the theme of promoting the development of the enterprise, discusses the problems existing in the enterprise’s financial management, analyzes the causes of these problems, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures to these problems.
