国务院发展研究中心吴敬琏教授最近指出,国务院已经决定今年增加10％以上固定资产投资,以维持8％的经济增长率,他强调在增加投资的同时,应防止重蹈覆辙,避免泡沫经济重生。
Professor Wu Jinglian of the State Council Development Research Center recently pointed out that the State Council has decided to increase its fixed asset investment by 10% this year so as to maintain an economic growth rate of 8%. He emphasized that while increasing investment, he should prevent repeating the same mistakes and avoiding the rebound of the bubble economy.
