现代信息技术的不断发展和民航运输任务的不断加重,对民用机场加油的要求日益提高。而传统民用机场加油人员参与多,手续履行繁,人为因素重,对加油效率,加油质量和加油方法的提高既有促进作用也有限制影响。本文在关切加油系统(含前期后期所有与加油活动有关的各项工作)的效能上,构想在网络技术运用下,提出建立一套新的自动加油系统,期望能够起到提高加油安全、保证加油质量、增强加油效率的作用。
The continuous development of modern information technology and civil aviation transportation tasks continue to increase, the requirements for refueling civilian airports increasing. The traditional civil airport refueling personnel to participate in many procedures to perform complex, heavy human factors, on the fuel efficiency, fuel quality and fueling methods to promote the role of both the promotion has a limited impact.
