目的:观察降纤酶联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选择48例糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者,随机分成2组,治疗组用降纤酶联合弥可保。对照组单纯应用弥可保。2周后2组进行疗效比较。结果:治疗2周后2组神经症状与血液粘度均明显下降,但以治疗组下降显著,治疗后2组平均评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:降纤酶联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of defibrase combined with methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Forty-eight diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given defibrase combined with Mi-Ke-Bao. Control group simply use Mi Kebao. After 2 weeks, the two groups were compared. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, neurological symptoms and blood viscosity were significantly decreased in both groups, but the treatment group decreased significantly. The average scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: Defibrase combined with miconazole treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have a good effect.
