一、概述 电力是国民经济的主要命脉,为了使电力系统稳定和经济地运行,需要传递大量的语言,数据、图象和其他信息。为此,电力系统需要有自己独立的,自成体系的通信系统。在电力系统中,由于有四通八达的高压输电线,利用高压输电线作为通信线路进行电力线载波通信,是目前采用的最有效的通信手段。但这种通信方式都是一对一的关系。近年来,虽然许多地区已逐步采用载波自动交换设备,但也只能解决网内点对点的自动交换。随着“四化”建设对电力系统提出的要求,保证电力调度通讯更加“准确”“迅速”“可靠”将会议电话这种通信方式用于电力系统,对电力生产调度、指挥是十分有利的。但是,由于电力系统通讯的特点,不能把目前广泛使用在邮电系统的会议电话设备直接应用于电力系统,为此,我厂与四川省绵阳供电局合作,设计试制了适用于电力系统通信的DH系列会议电话成套设备。并于82年3月开始,陆续将样机安装于绵阳供电局通信系统试运行。今年1月,正式通过鉴定,开始小批量生产。

With the “four modernizations” of the power system put forward the request to ensure that the power dispatching communications more “accurate” “quickly” and “reliable” the conference call this way of communication used in power systems, power production scheduling, command is very favorable . However, due to the characteristics of power system communication, it is not possible to apply the conference telephone equipment that is widely used in the post and telecommunications system to the power system directly. Therefore, in cooperation with the Mianyang Power Supply Bureau of Sichuan Province, I design and manufacture a DH for power system communication Series of conference calls complete sets of equipment. And in March 1982 began, one after another prototype will be installed in Mianyang Power Supply Bureau communications system test run. In January of this year, it passed the appraisal formally and started the small-batch production.
