作为内训师,我为很多职场新人做过规划,因为工作关系着新同事的入职,所以我一直小心翼翼地努力着。而今年突如其来的一次机会让我实现了又一次自我突破,有了不同寻常的体验。2016年6月末,领导安排我们部室做一份未来五年的网点规划,因为从来没有接触过相关工作,我一下子傻眼了。和领导谈了我的难处后,他鼓励道:“爱钻研是你的特点,我们信任你,不会就在干中学、在学中干!”
As an internal trainer, I’ve planned for a lot of new recruits, and since work is about the entry of new colleagues, I’ve been working very hard. This year an unexpected opportunity for me to achieve another self-breakthrough, with an unusual experience. At the end of June 2016, the leadership arranged for our department and office to make a network plan for the next five years. Since I had never had any contact with the job, I was dumbfounded.
