低级别胶质瘤是儿童最常见的颅内肿瘤。尽管可对不能手术全切或复发的低级别胶质瘤进行放射治疗,但对其治疗作用仍有争议。作者回顾性分析儿童低级别胶质瘤放疗后经影像学证实肿瘤体积的改变及引起这种变化的时间规律。
Low-grade gliomas are the most common intracranial tumors in children. Although low-grade gliomas that can not be surgically resected or recurred can be treated with radiotherapy, their therapeutic utility remains controversial. The authors retrospectively analyzed the changes of tumor volume confirmed by radiography in children with low-grade gliomas after radiotherapy and the time pattern causing such changes.
