在市场经济条件下,建筑企业生存的最终目的和动力就是盈利。企业要追求更多的利益,就必须对成本费用进行有效的控制,不断地降低成本费用上的消耗。成本控制成为建筑企业实现成本管理争取更好的生存条件和竞争优势的关键,而成本控制所带来的经济效益要大于成本控制所付出的代价,科学合理的组织成本控制,可促进企业改善经营管理,转变经营机制,取得经营效益,全面提高企业素质使企业在市场竞争下生存、发展和壮大。
Under the conditions of a market economy, the ultimate goal and motivation for the survival of construction enterprises is profitability.
