导出了机床闭式导轨的间隙与主、辅导轨面上最大压强之间的力学方程式,为合理调整导轨间隙提供了理论依据,并给出了计算实例。
The mechanical equation between the clearance of the closed guideway of the machine tool and the maximum pressure on the guide rail and the guide rail is deduced, which provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable adjustment of the guideway clearance. The calculation example is also given.
