对真空熔烧法制作的镍基合金——碳化铬复合涂层界面两侧合金元素的扩散问题,提出了电子探针与最小二乘法相结合的研究方法.结果证明,界面扩散是决定复合材料界面结合状况的关键.
The diffusion of alloying elements on both sides of the interface of Ni-based alloy-chromium carbide composite coating produced by vacuum melting method was studied. The research method of combining electron probe with least square method was proposed. The results show that the interface diffusion is the key to determine the bonding status of the composite interface.
