目的:研究剑叶耳草挥发油的化学成分组成。方法:分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)和超临界CO2萃取法(SFE)提取制备两种挥发油;通过气质联用分析其化学成分组成,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法挥发油中分离出67个色谱峰,鉴定其中32个化合物,占挥发油总量的73.76%;超临界CO2萃取法挥发油中分离出82个色谱峰,鉴定其中45个化合物,占挥发油总量的61.62%。结论:剑叶耳草挥发油主要包括脂肪族含氧衍生物、芳香族含氧衍生物和萜含氧衍生物,但两种提取方法的挥发油成分组成和含量有差异。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Aloe vera Methods: Two kinds of volatile oil were extracted by steam distillation (SD) and supercritical CO2 extraction (SFE) respectively. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS, and the relative percentage of each component was determined by area normalization . Results: Sixty-seven chromatographic peaks were isolated from the volatile oil by steam distillation. Among them 32 compounds were identified, accounting for 73.76% of the total volatile oil. 82 peaks were identified in volatile oil by supercritical CO2 extraction and 45 compounds were identified, accounting for 61.62% of the total amount of volatile oil. Conclusion: Essential oils of Aloe vera mainly include aliphatic oxygen derivatives, aromatic oxygen derivatives and terpene oxygen derivatives. However, the composition and content of volatile oil in the two extraction methods are different.
